Third time is blessed and we are so excited to welcome you to the next Midsummer Tango Festivalito Helsingborg, 2026! This year it lands on June 18-21, in case you wonder why dates change: Swedish people are taking this Midsommar (midsummer) very seriously and only celebrate it when there are plenty of days to recover… We start on Thursday June 18 with a dinner and milonga, and finish on Sunday with an afterparty. 
This year we have a special pleasure to update our program with: 

- Performance by powerful Carina Calderon and Alfredo Astesiano on Friday evening milonga. Carina and Alfredo are Argentinian tango teachers and choreographers at present living and working in Italy. 

- Live music both on grand milonga on Saturday night at Stampus  and open air milonga on Sunday by Dunkers culture house, with magic SISU PLATENSE! Please see more information about the musicians below.

- Free and open for everyone, try-it tango lesson before the festivalito! Wednesday 17/6 between 14.00-16.00 we invite curious friends and routined dancers to the Midsummer stage at Fredriksdal museum and gardens, as a soft start of the festival!

Food, lessons and entry to the national museum for the celebration are included in the day passes and the full festival pass. 

Looking forward to meeting old friends and new faces,  beautiful dances, endless talks at the dinner,  colourful celebration with the crowds of Helsingborg in flowers.
